In the first few months after giving birth, the babies need to be with their mums all the time but also the mums need to start getting out of the house.

In this class you can bring your baby along and start building your core strength with exercises that have flow to get the body moving again, stretching tight muscles and strengthening the weaker ones.  You are free to feed and care for your baby if they need it.
