I always wanted to be a dancer… so I studied dance in Greece and performed at a Professional level for a number of years. However I was often injured and I was lucky to be introduced to Pilates for the first time as a rehabilitating technique after a knee injury.
Very quickly I realized that Pilates made sense to me! The body is a unity.
Every muscle, ligament, bone needs to work together so that the body is in harmony, in balance and it can move healthily.
In London I trained under the Pilates Foundation in both matwork and Pilates equipment and continued my journey of understanding the body in depth by studying Sports Massage at the London School of Sports Massage.
In 2010 I came across Kundalini yoga. Practicing Kundalini was a very challenging experience but also a very liberating one! I learned to overcome some of my limitations and accept others but also began the journey of learning to enjoy stillness.
I received a full training in New Mexico, USA and taught for 4 years.
I love creating communities and that is why since 2008 I have been organizing seminars in Greece.
In 2016 I became a mother and returning to my teaching I felt the urge to turn my focus to women at this very beautiful but also challenging period of their lives.
