I get up, I walk, I fall down… meanwhile I keep dancing! For me this sentence holds the essence of life. Not only because I love dancing but because I see life as a dance! Movement has always been extremely important to me and that is why I enjoy teaching people “to move” through Pilates.
My experience has grown working in different studios in North London and for a period working beside physiotherapists in Harley Street. I have worked with people ageing from 17 to 93 and I love the challenge of adapting the Pilates exercises so no matter what your limitation is you can get the benefit of this unique exercise technique.
