I get up, I walk, I fall down… meanwhile I keep dancing! For me this sentence holds the essence of life. Not only because I love dancing but because I see life as a dance! Movement has always been extremely important to me and that is why I enjoy teaching people “to move” through Pilates.
Over the past 22 years, my experience has grown through working in a variety of studios across London. I have taught students ranging in age from 17 to 93 and I truly enjoy the challenge of adapting each exercise to suit the individual so no matter what your limitation might be you can get the benefit from this unique and powerful method of movement.
