Our bodies and minds get on a routine which helps us function in a city life style. But as much as routine is good its only when we challenge ourselves and have the time and the right set up to think out of the box that we feel totally rejuvenated, fresh and relaxed.

Travelling gives as the opportunity to explore a new place, as well as be a part of a new culture. Eat food that we might have tasted before but it seems so different when it is cooked with local produce and traditional recipes.

New experiences can inspire you and make you think differently about life, about people about you!!!!

Exercising daily in a new setting and not in you local gym can be a unique experience on its own. The classes stop being something that you try to fit in your busy schedule and become the focal point of the holiday, a time and space to learn and explore your body and mind.

My retreats abroad are mainly in my homeland Greece. In previous years we have visited the islands of Aegina, Agistri, Spetses and Crete.
